1.Make peace with your staff so it helps you to make peace with all customers, clients, managers and business leaders
2.What other thinks of you is our business at all
3. Time does not heal everything always, sort out the issues here and now
4.Don't compare your stats with employees and don't judge them. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
5. Stop thinking too much and stop overengineerize the issues. Your job is human not figures.
6.No one is charge of your success or unsuccess except you
7.Smile, you don't own all the problems in the world but please own the problems in your organization.
